Question Server status data is not available ... logger service must be installed

Sorry about the posting below. I just found the thread from yesterday on the same topic. I'm trying the solution suggested there (cron) and if that doesn't work for me, I'll reply on that thread.

I have just installed Zimbra 4.4.5 GA on a fresh installation of openSuSe 10.2 server.

Everything is working, except for the following.

When I open the admin web page, the server status shows the following text:
"Server status data is not available. To see the server status, logger service must be installed"
When I do zmcontrol status I get the following:

zimbra@myhost:~> zmcontrol status
Host myhost.selfip.org
antispam Running
antivirus Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
zimbra@myhost:~>


It looks like a configuration problem to me. Can someone tell me what to do please? Or if it's something else?
