Works fine for me on FC4 for half a year and recently on CentOS4.5 (zcs 4.0.1), but I suppose Debian and Opensuse are also good enough for zimbra;
I would like to try install it on Slackware 10-11 :P

Welcome to the forums.

Get an operating that is supported by the Network Edition, they're the ones that are tested the most. My recommendation (I assume you want free?) would be for CentOS, stable as a rock and I've been running Zimbra on that since it's first public release.
