No, you can't install just the calendar. Zimbra is a complete collaboration suite and is inteded to be one package.

Unfortunnately, like it is a Web Hosting Linux Solution bought to GoDaddy, I don't have any access to the Root.

Is it possible to do it ?

If you don't have root access then you can't install Zimbra.

No, I don't and if it's what you have installed then the answer will still be no. Apart from the calendar, what is it you're trying to achieve? Zimbra is a complete package and must be installed as such, without root access to a clean server you're not likely to succeed.

You can gain root access if you are in the sudoers file by running:
sudo /bin/bash
