Default Uninstalling Zimbra

I have Zimbra installed on a RHEL server. I have since changed the hostname on the server and I would like to uninstall Zimbra. When I run ./install.sh -u, I get an error about hostname:unknown hostname and then a message that says:
Saving existing configuration file to /opt/zimbra/.saveconfig

and then nothing happens. How long does the uninstall normally take? It has been sitting at this message for 30 min. so far.

Thanks,

It takes about 10secs to uninstall (well, a couple of minutes really). Why not try changing the hostname back to what it was and then uninstall?

That was my first though too, but he probably doesn't know it.
As Ron White would say: "Ever forget? It happened to me."

if you get stuck and really want to just purge it from the system, try:

rpm -e `rpm -qa |grep zimbra`
rm -rf /opt/zimbra
delete zimbra entries from /etc/sudoers
delete zimbra entries from root and zimbra crontabs
