Default Strange smtp problem

Hi,
I thought that I have configured zimbra to authenticate with TLS for smtp;

zmprov gs mail.X.Y.com | grep Auth

zimbraMtaAuthEnabled: TRUE
zimbraMtaAuthHost: mail.X.Y.com
zimbraMtaAuthURL: http://mail.X.Y.com/service/soap/
zimbraMtaTlsAuthOnly: TRUE

and

zmprov gs mail.X.Y.com | grep Mode
zimbraMailMode: http

In Outlook I have set SMTP SSL port to 465 as suggested in zimbra wiki.

BUT HERE IS THE STRANGE PROBLEM:

I can send emails through zimbra if I set my outlook client to authenticate WITHOUT SSL

But I am constantly being asked for the username and the password if I set Outlook to authenticate WITH TLS.

How can I send emails through zimbra even tough it is set to authenticate only with TLS ? And how to set up to authenticate with TLS ?

Thanks,

Default

Ok I have found another strange thing;

I can send email WITHOUT SSL with ANY username I want !

I tried several non-existing usernames and I was able to send email with all of them.

But with SSL I am not getting authorized. (xml parse error)
