SSL certificate had changed after update !

Just Upgraded from 4.5.0 to 4.5.5 Enterprise edition.

Everything was fine except that the zimbra ssl certificate has been reissued.
Did you encounter the same pb ?

The self signed certificate is updated every upgrade you do.

Support opened a bug for this...

If it is not a problem when using a browser, i have to manualy install the new certificate on each nokia e61 in my company that sync with zimbra mobile

It's the first time (and I did upgrade quite a lot) that it happened to me.

OTOH, it's the first "dual server" setup I upgrade (mta/ldap on one server, mailstore on the other).

Philippe, I now remember we had an error/warning while upgrading the mailstore server about the ssl.crt and ssl.key... Could you please check in the upgrade log (and maybe attach the log to the support case) ?

Please append the zmsetup.log and any install.log files from the upgrade to the bug that was opened.

ssl certs (commercial and self-signed) should be preserved upon upgrade. I was unable to reproduce the problem you describe between the 2 versions so hopefully your logs will give us more information on what went wrong.
