Default Zimbra isn't meant to be installed...

I hate how difficult this program is to install.. Just throwing that out there..

I cannot get anything done, and I have no idea what any of this means. I have just been copying and pasting from step by step instructions.. which apparently don't make room for it not to be found.

I have no idea what any of this means, nor how to actually get Zimbra up and running. I have downloaded it and installed it.. and then I'm stuck.. with 60 something files on my computer that are all text and nothing even resembling an icon to do setup. I'd give up and forget it completely if I didn't need it for work... and then need to be able to teach others how to install it on their pc's....... After I figure out on my mac

Please help.

I'm somewhat confused by your statement here. Why do you need to teach others how to 'install it on their PCs'? Zimbra Collaboration Suite is a mail server (amongst the other features it has) and is installed on a central server, other users then access their mail on it. Why would you be installing this on a personal PC?

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
