slapd errors in zimbra.log

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why I keep getting this failed error in my log file...

Other than that..we have zimbra up and running and working great...just been checking the logs and wondered what was going on...

thanks for the reply...I searched for the error and it came up empty....guess I should have narrowed it down..
