Server status data is not available

I receive the same message on 4.5.6, and have cron installed and running.

I to seem to be having the same problem. The Server Status page in the Admin console show all all services as running including logger. When viewing the Server Statistics page however all I get is "data are not yet available" under all tabs. I was going through the zimbra log in System Monitor I found these entries after sending a test e-mail.

i have installed zimbra on ubuntu-6.06-i386
everything is working fine but Server status data is not available

cron is fine too
what may be the solution? or this bugs will not fix till next release?

i did increase ram and did following things and problem has been resolved.

zmcontrol status
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmlogger

I am running Zimbra 5.0.2 on OpenSuse 10.2 and the quote pretty much sums up the same thing that I am seeing.
Has any fix been found for this? Running zmcontrol shows logger running, but not the Admin web page.

As I continue to troubleshoot the logger service, after doing several zmcontrol stops and starts doing without in any indication of a problem. Then doing a zmcontrol status -- not good... several services are having problems:
antispam Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
antivirus Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
ldap Running
logger Stopped
zmlogswatchctl is not running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Stopped
swatch is not running
spell Running
stats Stopped

Not sure where to begin. This installation was on OpenSuse 10.2, running Zimbra 5.0.0. I upgraded to 5.0.1 after starting getting weird issues in webmail and when that didn't help (and got worse), I upgraded to 5.0.2.

I apologize for the newbie stuff, but would really appreciate any help.

After doing a reinstall logger and the other apps seem to be working now. However, now when I select "Manage Mail Queues" I get this error:
Message: system failure: server blah.blah.net (not real domain name) (zimbraRemoteManagementPrivateKeyPath (/opt/zimbra/.ssh/zimbra_identity) does not exist Error code: service.FAILURE Method: GetMailQueueInfoRequest Details:soap:Receiver

I feel like I'm getting closer, but still would like to have everything work.

Zimbra is 5.0.4

after install zimbra.. server status is not showing up in web admin

Go to synaptic package manager and search for "perl"

then install
"libnet-ssleay-perl (Perl module for Secure Sockets Layer)
"libauthen-sasl-perl (Authen::SASL- SASL Authentication framework)

Reboot and it worked.
I am not sure if which files made it work but now my zimbra server status is working.

Could this issue of Server Status in the Web Admin Console be Cosmetic?
Have ZCM OS 5.0.1 FOSS GA on OpenSuse 10.2 and see this also on intermittent basis but when I go to console as others have done all services are running normally. Just a thought......
