Can't receive email

I can send email outside, but I cannot receive email from outside...even I use admin account send to admin account, no email receive...whats the problem? I can see /opt/zimbra/postfix/spool/defer and deferred have files remain...pls help...

Maybe this path is right?
/opt/zimbra/store/0/1/msg/0
Can see the msg I cannot send...

And before my email store under /var/spool/mail... how about now??

Have error in log file:

Disable dns lookups in the mta tab, and restart postfix - your mx record for your domain is probably not pointing at the host you're running on.
