Error updating license after upgrading to latest patch

We're running OS X (10.4.9) and just finished updating ZCS to 4.5.4.2007.04.18 and it seems to have lost the license info. Updating the license through the admin console fails with this message:

Message: Can't get the valid license information from server. To install a new license, go to Global Settings -> License -> Update License
Error code: AjxException.UNKNOWN_ERROR
Method: ZaLicense.getLicenseCallback
Details:unknown document: GetLicenseRequest

Any help?

Have you tried checking it or installing it manually? Have a look here.

Why did you try and install the licence again? Is this a trial or paid-for NE version.

This is a paid-for 100 user license and after upgrading this AM, the admin console alerted that there was no valid license file and to use the 'update license' function.

That function fails with the previous error.

I'll try manually installing and post back.

The CLI command 'zmlicense' is not responding:

server:~ zimbra$ zmlicense
-su: zmlicense: command not found

Not too sure where to go from here.... any ideas?

Can you run:

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmzimletctl listZimlets

Sometimes the license zimlet is missing.

You sure you didn't upgrade to the Open Source edition? ZCS version should say NETWORK
