Default Upgrade Guide

Is there an upgrade guide or do you just run the installation and it does the upgrade? Do I have to stop the mail server to do it? If something goes wrong, is it easy to revert back to the previous version?

Just run the install script, it will upgrade the currently installed software whether it's running or not. Search the forums/wiki for some details on backing up/restoring your system, it's fairly painless but I would always suggest backing up your system before any upadte.
