Default relay access denied

We installed Zimbra Open Source (ver 4.5.5) on CentOS v4.4.Instalation went smoothly, post instlalation config also. Sending and receiving mails from web interfaces work fine (from inside and from outside), receiving mails through mail clients (OE&Thunderbird)also work fine, but sending mails from OE&Thunderbird from outside network doesn't work. Error massage was:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'someone@gmail.com'. Subject 'proba', Account: 'mail.testing.ba', Server: 'mail.testing.ba', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 : Relay access denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Help anyone ???

Hello, welcome to the forum.

You have to use authentified SMTP (SMTP auth) in order to allow your users send mails from outside.

Do a search in the forum and/or have a look at the wiki : http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?tit..._Configuration
