You have to ask yourself why is it being rejected? What's in the zimbra logs when this happens?

Default Phoenix need more help to explain the log file

Dear Phoenix,
I have got the log file and grep the related issue message as following:
Apr 19 09:37:57 mail postfix/smtpd[6462]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from n2202460480 38.netvigator.com[220.246.48.38]: 554 : Relay access den ied; from= to= proto=SMTP helo=< michael>
Apr 19 09:38:05 mail postfix/smtpd[6462]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from n2202460480 38.netvigator.com[220.246.48.38]: 554 : Relay access den ied; from= to= proto=SMTP helo=< michael>

I think it is some of the MTA setting issues that may caused the problem just the outlook express authenication issues, ( which does not support TLS right)
Can you give me more ligth on this issues, please?

many thanks,

Default Does not support TLS

Dear jholder,

I have to click the allow clear text for the pop and IMAP so that the user can login with the outlook express or outlook by using the pop or IMAP. Otherwise, it will just keep asking for the password.
