Zimbra Mobile isn't in the COS features

I'm running 4.5.3, which I installed over 3.1.4.

I've just installed a license with zimbraMobile enabled. But I can't enable zimbraMobile for my users - it's not listed in the features list in the COS or in individual accounts. com_zimbra_mobilesync is in my Admin Extensions, though, and I've restarted a couple times.

When a user tries to sync, they get a 403 forbidden, which sounds like I need to select it in the COS features, but it's just not listed.

Have you tried reinstalling the license?
I think there's a command, but I don't remember it.

Maybe shoot an e-mail to support?

yup, zmlicense -i xxx.xml. But nope, no love.
I just emailed support, going home, getting drunk, ttyl.

I am unable to access any reference to zimbra mobile as an admin in the cos...our trial network version license key should enable this feature, correct. How can I verify that mobile is/is not activated?

Have the same problem here. I updated 5.0.4 FOSS to 5.0.18 FOSS, then went to 5.0.18 Network Edition trial. I installed the license that was e-mailed to me when I downloaded the trial edition. Zimbra Mobile is checked off in the Major Features section of the default COS, but what else do I need to do to fully enable the features?
