Hi ..
compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-47.fc4.i386.rpm has libstdc++.so.5 you looking for, i installed this RPM on FC 4 and prerequisite was met..
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/s...stdc%2B%2B.so.5
Above link will give you RPM's of diff distros for libstdc++.so.5

Hi Raj
Installed and working fineIs there any logging anywhere, i like to see smtp and spam logs? Cand find any in admin page
Thanks again
JD
/var/log/zimbra.log has most of the application logs. Search for "amavisd" in that file for the spamassassing logs. Search for "postfix" for smtp logs.
OK Thanks Marc
A couple of other questions.....
How often does the av update, and also spamassasin? and where can i set spam acceptance levels?
Many Thanks
JD
Check the admin UI, mta tab for spam levels. Lower levels mean more stringent spam blocking. After you set it, the system will take a minute or two to update.
I _think_ the clam updates default to every 2 hours - that's also controlled in the admin UI, av tab - as the number of updates per day, I think
Thanks Marc
All DoneLooks pretty cool on day 1

Hi Marc
I am not convinced SA is working, it all looks fine but no score is added to any messages....how can I check?
JD
John, SA doesn't have much of a database of spam initially and just moving mail to the junk folder doesn't teach SA what you consider spam *YET*. So you have to teach it with 'zmtrainsa'.Originally Posted by johndevine

If you have problems with an error about a lock not being created look at the following thread. I had the same issues and this fixed it. Problem with zmtrainsa
Are there no default/spamassasin rules to begin with? Or am i starting with a completely clean slate? Also can i add existing rbl's anywhere?
Many Thanks
JD
