What responses do you to these questions?

'hostname'
'hostname --fqdn'

and does the A record returned from dig correspond to the same line in /etc/hosts, and to what is returned from hostname --fqdn?

Dijichi2,

I should have fix the hostname part buy still got some problem

I have first uninstall the zimbra and then re install it again
hostname fixed
as hostname --fqdn
mail.tigernet.hk which is the hostname I have set

but there is the following error

You have a apache server running on port 80, get rid of it and any other applications that may conflict with it. Check the zimbra logs for any other errors. When you've got that sorted try restarting zimbra. Did you read the Zimbra Quick Start Guide or any of the documentation? You might be a bit further forward if you'd done that this morning as I suggested.
