Default Install on box that already serves mail

I want to use Zimbra and use a server now with postfix with mysql support. My users are in MySQL currently. My concern now is how streamlined will it be for my users. They are currently used to providing the full email address for their usersname. Is this something that they will be doing in this case also? Any advice for people who have virtual domains setup when they install?

You users are in mysql? It would better to move them to LDAP.
Zimbra requires it's own flavor of postfix to run, so you won't be able to integrate it into an existing system. However, feel free to look in our migration forums for migration tips and tricks.
