How do I use Zimbra with existing pop accounts

Here's the situation: I use several desktops and laptops for emailing, and I'd really like this to be more centralized. Basically, I want to use zimbra to access my email from a couple of pop accounts.

I'm pretty new to Linux & Zimbra but I get the impression I need to set up a cron job to fetch the mail from my pop accounts and put them into Zimbra.

How should I use fetchmail?

and how do I find out which Zimbra mailbox to use in conjunction with fetchmail?

The ZCS 4.5x client now has the ability to get POP mail from other accounts...check under options --> POP Accounts.

It isn't scheduled, but does have a spiffy, convenient, 'get POP mail' button which will go grab mail.

Will it even be scheduled?
I find it a pain to keep going to the folder and hit the buton to fetch the mail.

Maybe allow schedulling for some users(zimbra admin decision)?

fetchmail works perfectly under cron, search forums or wiki for the setup.

The intention wasn't to set a cron for it, that I know how, the intention was to zimbra do it's own scheduled polling for it's users.
