Import mail from Apple Mail.App

Hello all - I have searched the forums and wiki and can't find answer to this question...

I am in the process of moving over to Zimbra - and really digging it. So far I have a box up and running and have moved all my incoming mail from the old pop system over to Zimbra. I am looking for a "total immersion" installation where I will completely migrate everyone in my organization to Zimbra - they will use Outlook only as an imap tool and new users will only be allowed to use webmail - I look forward to trying out the pst importing tool - some people have 4 years+ of "vital" email that we will migrate to the server.

Which is where my question comes in. I am the sole mac user in the group and I have quite a bit in Mail.App that I would love to copy over to Zimbra. I have not found a tool for this - am I missing something?

You should be able to set up an IMAP connection and simply move them over.

Well - it should be obvious that I'm new to imap - had no idea.
