Documents - turn off sharing?

Is there a setting to allow an account to have their own documents but *NOT* allow them to share any documents with anyone outside their own domain?

zimbraFeatureSharingEnabled should disable sharing from the UI.

I don't want to turn off *ALL* sharing, just documents sharing. Is that possible?
