SMS Zimlet

I'm having an issue using the SMS Zimlet with Zimbra 4.5.2 on Ubuntu 6.10. I have an account with ipip.com. When I follow the tutorial at this page:

I get and error similar to the person who posted here:

sms zimlet troubleshooting

I'm not too sure if I'm missing something simple.
