Default Mysql permissions gone, no grants

I lost all my mysql grants/permissions apparently with the O/S upgrades this morning.

I found a thread that stated how to run the fix permissions script but I can't get it to work

====================

Never mind, I deleted everything and re-installed. It still doesn't work

Try a reinstall as an upgrade. Let's see if that fixes it, as I think that would be the easiest route to go down.

Default Nope, not it, re-install ran fine, tomcat still has issues

Tomcat won't remain running and is posting mysql errors.

No mail for a whole day now..

Default More

I completely deleted everything after that failed. Lost all mail, users etc.

Re-installed from scratch...the latest version.

Tomcat won't stay running....

This sucks.

Did you run it as an upgrade????????
it won't delete the install unless you run ./install.sh -u or you delete the install.
Was this an upgrade to 4.5?
If so, then there's a backup in /opt/zimbra/backups/4.5GA

Stop everything, and run ps auxx | grep zimbra and kill any left over processes.
