Where is the "HELP" feature in the "basic client"?

There isn't one at the moment.

My guess, and it's only my guess, is that a help system will be incorporated later. Have a search through bugzilla by all means, file an RFE if nothing is mentioned - it can't do any harm.

It's coming in 4.5.2 or 4.5.3 so you should see something soon.
