Default Zimbra Installation

Hi,

This is my first post in your formu.
I want to know how much I must suggest to my manager as time to install zimbra opensource Edition and use an external openldap (Installed in other machine)?Both under Centos (Clone of Redhat OS)

PS: It's my first time to install this product.

Hello, welcome to the forum.

You'll need (way) less than half a day if you read the documentation (and have a look at the wiki) before starting to setup.

If you already are familiar with DNS, MX, SMTP and LDAP magic, you can get down to half an hour 8)
Actually the difficulty is in all this (DNS and co), not in Zimbra's setup.

I am not familiar with DNS and co.

Is it possible d'install openLDAP embedded with OpenLDAP and use other OpenLDAP (in other machine) used with Samba as PDC?If yes, How to ?

Read the wiki and documentation.

You can either use "internal authentication" or "external LDAP authentification". This is a setup you choose domain per domain.
