Do you expect the forum members to write it for you? Have you looked at any of the threads on the forums that have previously covered this topic? Have you read the Product Documentation? You've also given no details of your exact requirements nor what hardware or Zimbra configuration you intend to use, I'd suggest you do some research first and then ask questions about your intended installation scenario.

These are Community Support forums and people reply to posts when they have the time, if you want a rapid response I'd suggest you contact Zimbra Sales and pay for support in the Network Edition.

Thanks for responding! Yes, i agree with you that these are forums where people reply when they have time. This is exactly the reason why i wasn't sure if i would get a response, and hence i did not enter any details.

I was looking forward to connect with a Zimbra architect / expert who could help me prepare some documentation regarding this project. My company is already a partner, but our key resource is not available at such an important time. So, i was looking forward to collaborate with another partner or a freelancer and pay for consulting.

I am not sure if i would find someone here, but i am trying all my options.

Well you're going to have to give more details than you have otherwise you'll be wasting time going over the details and, as I've already said, there are several threds in the forum that have covered this topic already.

    Okay.

Q.1. In the current environment, customer uses Postfix as their mailing solution along with an open source e-office. Since zimbra MTA uses postfix, can the current postfix servers be recycled as zimbra MTA servers?

If by that question you mean 'can the currently install Postfix be used in Zimbra' then the answer is no, they can't.

okay thanks a lot for that clarification.

q.2. out of the total 4000, 500 users are professional edition users but the rest are standard edition. However, archiving and discovery is required for all 4000 users. How do we achieve that, because there is no documentation available online for this.
