I don't. We have not purchased the product, it is still being evaluated.

I haven't missed anything earlier but you are still in the trail period? You are entitled to raise a support case and it will get filed in bugzilla or you can file it yourself. You could also check bugzilla to see if it's already been filed, I couldn't see anything whe I looked briefly the other day.

You might also make note of what ZCS told me. Which is... The forums are not really part of Zimbra Support. It is a user community for sharing experiences. For expert assistance on problems with ZCS software, contact Zimbra Support directly.

I am not running the net version, I am running the open source version. That's what this is all about, the net version ran fine until I downgraded it to open source version, at which point the problems started. Twice.

I was under the impression the open source version is unsupported. In any case, my running copy is working. If someone else cares to file a bug, go for it. It's documented in this (and several other) threads. It looks to me from searching like this problem has been around since 4.0. If nobody has fixed the problem yet, I doubt it ever will get fixed.

It really depends on what you mean by support. We don't like bugs, so if this is a bug, it should get fixed. We hate bugs

You'd be better to file a bug. The forums aren't really documentation, as the developers don't really refer to this for bugs. They go the the bugzilla, and try to repo. The worst that can happen is the QA team says, "Hey, we can't seem to repo." and it gets closed.

There are currently 121 known bugs with the notebook. We've even tagged the tab with [BETA]. No one has integrated AJAX with E-mail and a WIKI. EDIT: You may not see 121 bugs because some are only visible to us. . but none of them are this one.

and look for it. If it's there, then vote. If not, please file a bug and cite this thread.
