Default Not accepting mail for my domain

Thanks to you gentlemen I did solve my previous issue and now have it installed and running successfully. I did have to redirect tomcat to port 81 because apache is using 80 which is no big deal as this is only being used behind my firewall.

It is not accepting inbound mail, or anything else as far as I can tell. Nothing in the /var/log/zimbra.log but my pop client logging in and out.

I added myself and my wife as users and it should be accepting mail for our domain, pksings.com. But nothing is showing up.

Any and all ideas are welcome as it's been two days since it's recieved any mail now....

Thank you very much in advance.

Do you have a firewall or SElinux on that machine? If so then you should disable them. What does a 'zmcontrol status' show? I can't telnet to that machine on port 110 or 25.

Default No, I have neither

Sorry for being a dunce people. My problem was that ddclient did not update my IP address change from my ISP. I finally got outside and checked the IP, and it was different than what my DNS said it should be. Changed it at zoneedit and bingo, works fine now!

Thank you all!!

It is behind a firewall, which forwards ports 22,25, 110, 80,443 etc to it. Forwarding is enabled. SElinux is not installed. Nor is any firewall software on this machine.

zimbra@phred:~$ zmcontrol status
Host phred.pksings.com
antispam Running
antivirus Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running

And it all seems to be running... Mine and my wife's POP clients connect, log in and tell me that there is no new mail. Mine is Evolution, her's is Thunderbird.

Well, all I can tell you is that your server isn't reachable via telnet to port 25. Is it likely that your ISP is blocking the server? Have a check via one of the port checking sites to see if your ports are open. Try the ShieldsUp! test at http://grc.com and see what results you get.
