If my system already have Postfix, Tomcat, Clamav, Spamassassin..etc. installed, is it only download the source and install the Zimbra core, and then config it

This is not supported as a option out of the box. Since our admin and config utils are tightly integrated. Many folks have got this tow work but it's not easy, and takes a little extra work.
