Ok. But usually I see the open bugs for 4.5.1 in bugzilla... where are them?

They are in bugzilla, maybe they're not visible to you (not all bugs are). Try a search on 'keywords' of the search page.

I've tried "4.5.1" but it returns me "zaroo bugs"...

Then I guess you can't see the bugs, I'd just wait until it's released.
