Exclamation INVALID_PDU or INVALID_PARAM when using Apache

Hi,

I just installed Zimbra 4.5 in a Ubuntu 6 VMWare. Installation went fine and everything goes well when I access the server directly.

However, if I'm trying to access the server via a web server (Apache 2.2), I get the login screen, and after entering the correct login and password, I get the following error message:

An unknown application error has occurred. Please correct any errors and retry. If the problem persists, please contact your System Administrator. (INVALID_PARAM)

After a couple of tries, the message became

An unknown application error has occurred. Please correct any errors and retry. If the problem persists, please contact your System Administrator. (AjxException.INVALID_PARAM)

Is it because I'm going thru Apache? Could it be because, in parallel, I changed the IP address of the VMWare (but then, again, it's working fine when I connect directly to the zimbra host)? How can I fix this?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Ben

Default Precision

In fact, I found out that the INVALID_PDU message comes when I hit zimbra via Apache using Firefox. When I use MSIE (6 or 7), then I get INVALID_PARAM.

Any idea?

Ben

Unhappy

Same problem, using firefox and mod_proxy.

Without mod_proxy I have no problems.

What is your mod_proxy config?

I've chosen mod_jk for the time beeing, but it also has some issues, so, sooner or latter I might get back to mod_proxy.

The problem I had was that I wasn't proxying /service.
