With ZCS8 only 64bit OS's are supported. You should really install CentOS x86_64 then install ZCS 8.0.5 open source edition (which was released a few weeks ago, see Open Source Edition Downloads: Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Software by Zimbra).

    Phil,
    thanks for your attention.

My computer is a i386 (32-bits processor) so Is it permissive to install a CentOS x86_64 distro in this computer?

If it is so, this message wont be prompted again by ZCS8 setup?

You can't install Zimbra on your current hardware, you'll need a new 64bit server.

    Bill,
    thanks for your indication.
I just have 2 computers and theyre both i386 (32bit x86): one with Centos 6.4 OS. The other one with Windows 7 OS.
    So I am tied.

But let me ask: May I use this ZCS 7.2.3 release? The rest of releases are DEPRECATED for 32bit x86.
If Id install RHEL 5 (32-bit), theres no compatibilty with Centos 6.4 skeleton?

You can use the ZCS 7.2.3 32 bit but when it reaches end-of-life and is no longer supported you'll have to upgrade to new hardware. It will run fine on CentOS6, I've always used CentOS to run ZCS and it's neve ben a problem - it was just never a supported platform. You'll need to run the installer with the "--platform-override" argument and you'll get a warning that's it's not supported but you can continue the install without problems (assuming you've got the prerequisites installed and correct DNS A & MX records if you're behind a NAT router and the correct /etc/hosts & resolv.conf files).
    Regards

If you're going 7.x route, you might as well use 7.2.5 (latest) instead of 7.2.3. They're both deprecated even though in the archive the 7.2.3 distribution was missing the 'deprecated' tag.

    Hi people
    Good morning.

This day Thursday 10th I proceeded to install the ZCS 7.2.5 (32bit) in my Centos 6.4 early morning. The installation process was good enough until...
    Please, check this error messages:

    Finished removing Zimbra Collaboration Suite.

    Why is that?
The last two zimbra-memcached and zimbra-proxy didn't installed. Is a library missing? what to do?

    Regards,

Based on the above, you're installing software built for RHEL5 on CentOS6. You'll want to switch to CentOS5 and try again.
