Default 4.5 Upgrade Question Re Web Clients

A number of our users at a new client are seriously techno-phobic, and have PCs with a variety of Internet safety tools installed. Many have already upgraded to IE7 as well.

As you might expect, getting out the kinks has been a bit of a challenge.

We did not beta test 4.5 at all, so what I am trying to do is anticipate the problems these users may have when they first log in to the system after we upgrade from 4.0.5 NE to 4.5.

I'm guessing we should ask these persons, prior to logging in the first time after the update, to:

1. Clear their IE/Firefox cache and cookies.
2. Set their IE cache down to 20-50MB like Firefox.

Anything else we should do?

Also, what are the key changes to the Ajax interface between these versions?

Lastly, any projection as to when the Release Notes will be made available?

Thanks!
Mark

The most visual thing for your users will be the tabs along the top instead of down the side as it is now.

Thanks for the fast reply.

What about branding? Since we are using NE, we change the logos. Are they the same sizes in this new interface?

As far as I know the logos are the same size but you might want to confirm that with support.
