My users can't connect from home... or outside the LAN

I have a problem with my users unable to log in when they're at home, or on the road. We can all log in on the LAN just fine.

And, oddly enough, I seem to be the only one that can log in remotely from home -- I'm unique in that I use Macs -- but, I've tested on my wife's PC and it works fine too.

They run on wireless at home -- through a cable internet connection -- and tested with IE 7 and FF 2.0. Pop up blockers OFF -- cache dumped -- Javascript and Java enabled.

I've had them bring in their laptops (XP PROS SP2) and tested on a dial up connection (although slow -- it eventually loads up).

When they try from home or the road -- they go to our server mail.radiorealm.com and it times out with an error (server not found) or something to that affect.

We can connect through the IMAP on dial up pretty reasonably. But they'd rather use the web ui because it's more capable.

My server SPECS:

OS: Suse 10.1, Pentium 4 D, 2GB RAM, 4 HDDs.

Any thoughts? Or quick reflex ideas what I should check?

I assume this is an ISP that doesn't block ports ?
Otherwise, try clearing Cache, history, and cookies.

Your server's webUI is available from here (France).

Are you users all using the same ISP ?
Are their laptop setup with DHCP (from the ISP) or fixed IP ?
What is the DNS used in the laptops ?

My users all use the same ISP (Cableone.net). They have no other issues with surfing and normal internet usage -- except for going to mail.radiorealm.com (our mail server). I'm assuming they go DHCP as is the default on most routers connected to cable internet.

Could you get them, when they're home, to check the IP they're getting for your server (nslookup from command line) and/or to traceroute to your server ?

All my remote users are using the same ISP. I've tried even pinging the zimbra's IP address from their homes -- and it can't find it. So I think it's an internal thing with the ISP. From dial-up, or even through my Cell phones Bluetooth and verizon wireless service -- it finds the zimbra service fine.

So...

Our zimbra site is hosted in house via a Cableone.net IP address

Our users who's ISP is also Cableone.net at their homes -- cannot connect.

A support call to cableone.net immediately kicked this problem up to 'senior support levels.' We'll see what happens now.
