I have recently upgraded to Release 3.1.4_GA_518.FC3_20060626143230 FC3 FOSS edition as far as i can tell from the docs this is the latest release that will work with FC3.
Since the upgrade i have been unable to send mail from remote clients using TLS however i can send mail without TLS
I read through this post SMTP Auth Failing? and the related bugzilla 4244

my saslauthd.conf
zimbra_url: https://shoemasters.com:443/service/soap/
zimbra_cert_file: /opt/zimbra/conf/smtpd.crt
zimbra_cert_check: off

my saslauthd.conf.in
zimbra_url: %%zimbraMtaAuthURL%%
zimbra_cert_file: /opt/zimbra/conf/smtpd.crt
zimbra_cert_check: off

I think these are both ok but keep getting these errors in zimbra log is this a different problem?

Jan 3 17:43:16 shoemasters postfix/smtpd[24762]: connect from computerking.ca[68.146.204.152]
Jan 3 17:43:18 shoemasters postfix/smtpd[24762]: lost connection after STARTTLS from computerking.ca[68.146.204.152]

and this error in thunderbird

An error occurred sending mail: Unable to connect to SMTP server Xxx via STARTTLS since it doesn't offer STARTTLS In EHLO response.

ps prior to upgrading i tried to clean up some 60G of log files and since upgrading some logging services are down but zimbra still seems to run ok.
