Default Question about upgrading to Zimbra 4 OS

The people who rely on our email server rely on it so heavily that we are not willing to risk more than an hours downtime... My question is quite simple. Can I upgrade from version 3.1.3 to the latest of version 4 flawlessly?

I can honestly say the upgrade process of Zimbra is among the easiest I have ever seen. I can't say that i have seen an upgrade take more then about 15 minutes. You will want to make appropriate backups.

And if uptime is critical, I assume you have the appropriate redundancies in place. If so, the upgrade process may take a little longer (multiple machines and all).
