Default imapsync migrating issue (zimbra inbox never populated)

When running imapsync everything seems to work out just fine. it migrates thousands of emails. But when i log in to zimbra there is nothing in the Inbox ? while junkmail, sent-mail / Sent Messages, Drafts have all my existing messages ?

But the inbox is empty ?

Any ideas as to what i could have done wrong ?

My imapsync command finally ended up in this way:

imapsync --nosyncacls --subscribe --syncinternaldates --noauthmd5 --authmech1 LOGIN --sep1 ";" --ssl1 --host1 www.webserver.com --user1 new_user --password1 password --prefix1 INBOX --ssl2 --host2 10.45.6.182 --user2 new_user --password2 password

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated !

Lasse,
