'failed to initialize documents'

During the NETWORK version install on RH4 AS, we're getting to the end of the ./install.sh, and find the error "failed to initialize documents"

The rest of the relevent log section follows...Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.

This error has been covered a few times in the forums, do a search and you'll get the answer you need. Is this an upgrade or new install? If it's an upgrade the instructions in the wiki might help.

Did you check your log file?
