    Default My Second Installation

Dang it, I hate having to post help but I can't for the life of me figure this one out.

I have ran through all the posts on split dns, I have installed bind 9 on a Centos 6.4 64bit system and all the split dns tests pass. My host file is good, my resolv file is good, and I have followed the suggestions on this post ---> IPv6 error when upgrading from Ubuntu 8 LTS to Ubuntu 12 LTS?

I even, cut and re-pasted the zimbra entries in the sudoer file and made sure the permissions was set to 0440

I'm at my wits end and need help, here is the output of the log. Everything above this entry is good.

Thanks is advance, oh also, I had an account on the forum but I had to recreate it today so I could post.

Then let's see the output from all the commands in the 'Verify....' section of the SPlit DNS article, just for confirmation. I guess you mean CentOS 6.3 (unless I've missed some recent update)?

Did you consider just disabling IPv6 on you server? Although there really should be no problem as I've installed ZCS on several CentOS 6.3 (IPv6 enabled) servers without problems in the past few weeks. Have you also disabled any firewall and SElinux on this server?

What do you mean by 'recreated the account'?

Ok, Yep I fatfingered the version it is Centos 6.3 64bit. Back in the zcs-7.1.4 days I created an account and couldn't log in today with it so I created a new one.
It's got to be something that my eyes are to weary to see...

You were correct, that's all OK but it's always worth checking.

You might want to have a look at this bug report to see if it applies to you problem (there is a workaround in that report). Are you behind a firewall (I guess not a NAT router from that IP address)?

    Thanks Bill..

I am going to try a fresh install of Centos 6.3 64bit. I will also make sure the Verify works for the split dns before I start the install process. If that doesn't work I will try the bug report options.
If you have a step by step procedure that you follow for Centos I would greatly appreciate the share of information

    Thanks again..

I do not know what I did different, but a fresh install Centos worked and everything went smooth.
