zimbra-spell-4.0.4_GA_457.RHEL4-20061115172006.i386.rpm installation failed

Installation cancelled

The funny thing as after all of this Zimbra is partially installed and I have to remove it to go any further.

Here is my hosts file-
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.1.30 testmail.yyy.com testmail

This is for internal use only at the moment. I plan to add its own DNS server to this box for external mail as it sits behind a NAT firewall.

Any ideas to why the above failure happens on the spell install?
