Default double domainname listing - HELP!

Hi Zimbrans.

I have just recently installed the open source version of ZCS and after numerous trials I have gotten it to work. My only worry is when I view the logs it appears I still have one thing not quite right. Below is a snippet of a typical log:

This bit ->

Dec 18 18:50:38 mydomain postfix/trivial-rewrite[5967]: warning: do not list domain mydomain.or.ke in BOTH mydestination and virtual_mailbox_domains

-> worries me the most. I feel I´ve mis-configured somewhere though not sure WHERE. Fellow Zimbrans, please advise.

Mutinda.

I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Lightbulb Eureka!

Hi y´all.

After an intense afternoon slog, I managed to get rid of my error. (Ok, I had to read a few posts from a website or 2 to get a clue...)

All I had to do was find the virtual_mailbox_domains listing (which is in opt/zimbra/postfix-2.x.x/main.cf) and comment out this line:

virtual_mailbox_domains = ldap:/opt/zimbra/conf/ldap-vmd.cf

(I don´t have any virtual email adds so I´m good.)

SIMPLE!

No more scary messages in my logs. However, I must say Zimbra handled the error pretty well. It didn´t seem to affect the email traffic one bit. Hmm.
