Default Server Statistics are very old

Hi all !

I just realized that all the statistics in the "server statistics" page of the admin console are very old. They stop at the end of August approximatively.
The logger service is running though.
What should I check to correct this ?

Thanks !

You can check the following log files for errors
/tmp/logprocess.out
/tmp/gengraphs.out
/tmp/logswatch.out

Thanks Brian !

I don't have a /tmp/logswatch.out file.
The other files look OK (no error logged, date-modified is today).
What should I check next ?

Should I file a bug for this ?
Or is there just a problem in my configuration ?

You might have the same problem I had a while ago, seems at some point in zimbra history they changed the directory that the stats or the graphs are kept in, and sometimes the config didn't move to the new directory. Search through the forums for graph directory or stats directory, you should find the fix.

Thanks a lot dijichi, I think you got it right !
As suggested by Phoenix, I checked stats_img_folder.
"That should point to '${zimbra_home}/logger/db/work' if it points to '${zimbra_home/zimbramon/rrdtool/work' then edit the file localconfig.xml to reflect the correct directory save it and do a tomcat stop/start."

I did that, and also killed all the tail processes (there was maybe 50 of them !).
I'll check my graphs tomorrox, but I am confident that this was the problem.

Thanks again !

cool! you should also find with the newer versions you wont get the tail processes hanging around, the init script is much better at killing them.

Indeed, those tail processes were very old. I already upgraded (to 4.0.3 I believe), so I think I won't get them anymore.
