Beta 5 of Appliance hangs after a few seconds on zimbra-snmp_8.0.0.BETA5.5277

Hi everyone,
I'm completely new to Zimbra. Downloaded the v8 beta 5 of the appliance. When I logon to the configuration and start a Single Node installation, it hangs up about 10 seconds in on this step:

8.0.0_BETA5_5277.UBUNTU10_64.20120710113853/packages/zimbra-snmp_8.0.0.BETA5.5277.UBUNTU10.64_amd64.deb

Haven't found anything similar in the forums and no clue where to go from here. Any hints/suggestions are greatly appreciated!
