duplicated Zimbra 7.1.0_GA_3140 webadmin and webmail doesn't work

Hi:

I've make a backup of a Zimbra installation (Release 7.1.0_GA_3140.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition) following the procedures for the Open Source version.
I've restored it in another machine, but webadmin and webmail doesn't work.
If i run "netstat -anp", i see the Java process listening on ports 80 and 7071, but if I try to connect there with a browser, it times out.

Any ideas???
How can I see what's the issue?
