Default No Access on new VM appliance

I just booted the latest VM appliance in my functional VMware server setup. Everything seems to boot fine. I get an IP to access (192.168.0.103:8003) but no joy. I can't log into the server on the appliance directly (admin/password don't work), so I can't check anything in the system. Any suggestions?

Edit: Just read further on the http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?tit...CS_with_VMWare and it states zimbra needs 1gig allocated to it on the VM. Is that correct? Knocks me right out of contention. I've got a total of 1 gig in my machine.

Yeah- Once you get under the 1gig, weird things begin to happen.

I'm using the VMware appliance which does not allow anyone to log in to the server or appliance directly to check log files. It loads in VMWare just fine and gives an ip address 192.168.0.103:8003 however after switching to the other side of my box and entering the IP in FF I get

Quote:
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
All attempted access has been done on two different computers, the one running the VM and a seperate WinXP box. Both behind the same router.
