Default Email delivered but not showing up in inbox

Hello all,

Been working on moving my email to Zimbra, but I've found that new email has been coming in and allocated to the correct inboxes as below:

it's obviously delivered, but not showing up in my inbox? This happens for all email accounts set on Zimbra - bit desprate to be able to access my emails now

An update...

Found this in the logs - not sure what exactly is wrong, can anyone tell me where I can start looking for the solution please?

Is the mail delivered if you hit get mail?

or

is your mail being deffered?

Was a permission problem which I've fixed. Requires me to have a kernel upgrade apparently... but thanks so much for your help, very much appreciated!
