I just downloaded for a new install and found v4.04GA where my beloved 4.03GA used to live.

Anyone have a changelog?

That'll do. Thanks. Installed a clean 4.04 tonight without incident, and upgraded a 4.03 to 4.04 just for fun...no issues.
