Default go for Zimbra email solutions.

I have been looking for sound email administration and advanced mailing server, With so much data and documents being accumulated each day, it is important that i should have a secure server to save.My friend recommend Zimbra email to me, but i don't know much about it,can you explain?

I'd suggest you start by reading the Product Documentation and then look at the features description on the main Zimbra web site.
