    Default go for Zimbra email solutions.

    I have been looking for sound email administration and advanced mailing server, With so much data and documents being accumulated each day, it is important that i should have a secure server to save.My friend recommend Zimbra email to me, but i don't know much about it,can you explain?

    Then why have you posted this in the Zimbra Desktop forum instead of the appropriate Zimbra Collaboration Server forum? I'll move it to the correct forum.

    I'd suggest you start by reading the Product Documentation and then look at the features description on the main Zimbra web site.
