Question Questions on Installation Zimbra using Dynamic IP

Hi There,
I have domain to use with ZCS which is forestniaga.com. But I have a problem to configure the ZCS since my office using dynamic IP.
By following Setting up Zimbra using a dynamic IP - Zimbra :: Wiki . It seems i can use dyndns to point my ZCS. Is there got any steps i can follow to setup this ZCS with dynamicIP?If got ..hope you guys can help me

First you need to search for the Split DNS document and install according to that.

Next you need to configure zimbra to use your ISP to send (relay email) outbound. Most email servers will reject email from dynamic IPs. Thats why the need to relay via your ISP.

If this doesn't make sense I can post more specific details to help you.

Do you mean by installing bind9?I have installed it to my machine. By the way, how can i configure it to use with my ISP to send outbound?
p/s: apologies, hope you could explain a bit details to me since i dont have so much knowledge in network or server management.
