Outlook 2003 with Connector is Offline

Hi,

Just as the subject line... I have configured several outllook 2003 instances, the connector works fine for the most part, but there is this workstation where I can see the Offline icon on the bottom right corner.

For this workstation to do anything the user has to press "Send/Receive".

Searched the forums and couldn't find anything like it.

Any way to help diagnose the problem?

uncheck file->work offline
